The Peter Maffay Foundation and the Tabaluga Children's Foundation cooperate very closely with each other and have developed a fully coordinated assistance network. The interchangeability of the individual projects belonging to the two foundations guarantees that children in distress have a wide choice of concrete forms of assistance. The optimum form is selected in each individual case.

finances the institutions of the Tabaluga Children's and Youth Assistance in order to create refuges where children and young people can recover their vitality and develop new perspectives;

provides individual and professional care for all children and young people living in Tabaluga Children's and Youth Assistance projects;

guarantees urgently needed therapies such as music, play, riding and art therapies, which help the children to come to terms with their past

enables the Tabaluga institutions to improve and expand their therapy and care services. Innovative ideas are implemented in concrete projects for the benefit of the children and young people;

gives the children effective coaching while they at school, in order to ensure they will have equal opportunities;

helps disadvantaged young people to choose a career and apply for apprenticeships, in order to set them on the road to an independent future.
